Retreat 2006
We just wrapped up our first (annual, hopefully) Training Department retreat. The amount of material covered was staggering for a mere 1 1/2 days. We came out of the retreat with a lot of goals. We established time lines to complete these goals. The Top 6 items on our Training Plan for 2007 are:
